Article 1 – 1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Seventh Heaven Store website and all purchases completed through it.

1.2 Together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any additional policy expressly referenced on the website, these Terms form the contractual framework between the Business and its customers.

1.3 By using the Store or placing an order, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the applicable Terms. Mandatory consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected.

Article 2 – 2. Definitions

2.1 Store: the online shop operated under the commercial name Seventh Heaven Store.

2.2 Business: the sole proprietorship operating the Store.

2.3 User: any visitor accessing the Store.

2.4 Customer: a User who places or intends to place an order.

2.5 Order: a purchase request submitted through the Store.

2.6 Product Page: the individual page describing a product; where product-specific information differs from general guidance, the Product Page prevails.

2.7 Collectible Product: any item whose rarity, packaging or condition is relevant to collectors.

Article 3 – 3. Company Information

3.1 The Business operates the Store and is the contracting party for purchases completed through it.

3.2 The final published version will include all legally required business identification and contact details.

3.3 Administrative changes to contact information shall not affect contracts already concluded.

Article 4 – 4. Scope of Application

4.1 These Terms apply to all browsing, use of services and purchases through the Store unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 Specific product conditions or promotional terms supplement these Terms where applicable.

4.3 Where mandatory consumer legislation provides greater protection, the applicable legislation prevails.

Article 5 – 5. User Account

5.1 Customer accounts are optional unless required for a specific service.

5.2 Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding their login credentials.

5.3 The Business may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse or serious breaches of these Terms.

5.4 Future optional services such as loyalty programmes or wishlists may be governed by additional terms.

Article 6 – Placing an Order

6.1 Customers place Orders by completing the checkout process and submitting the required information.

6.2 Before submission, Customers are able to review and correct the information entered.

6.3 Submission of an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.

6.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that billing, shipping and contact details are accurate and complete.

Article 7 – Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

7.1 An automated acknowledgement email confirms receipt of an Order only. It does not constitute acceptance of the Order or formation of a sales contract.

7.2 The Business reserves the right to review every Order before acceptance.

7.3 A contract is formed only when the Business expressly accepts the Order for fulfilment or dispatches the ordered Products.

7.4 Orders may be declined for legitimate reasons including manifest pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment issues or circumstances beyond the Business's reasonable control.

7.5 Where payment has already been received for an Order that cannot be accepted, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 – Prices & Payment

8.1 Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Shipping charges are presented separately before checkout where applicable.

8.3 Price changes do not affect Orders already accepted under Article 7.

8.4 The payment methods available at checkout may change from time to time.

8.5 In the event of a manifest pricing or technical error that would be obvious to a reasonable person, the Business may cancel or refuse the affected Order and promptly refund any payment received.

8.6 Promotions, vouchers and discounts are governed by their specific conditions.

Article 9 – Product Availability

9.1 Stock information is updated in good faith but cannot be guaranteed in real time.

9.2 Availability indicators such as In Stock, Pre-order, On Order, Available on Request, Backordered and Sold Out describe the Product's status at the time of publication.

9.3 If availability changes after an Order is placed, the Customer will be informed without undue delay.

9.4 Where supply becomes impossible, the Business may offer an updated delivery estimate, an alternative solution where appropriate, or a full refund.

9.5 Availability of collectible, limited-edition, discontinued or imported Products depends on manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

Article 10 – Pre-orders & Special Orders

10.1 Release dates for pre-order Products are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors.

10.2 Manufacturers may modify specifications, packaging, accessories or release schedules without prior notice.

10.3 Delays caused by third parties do not by themselves constitute a breach of these Terms.

10.4 Limited or exclusive Products are allocated according to actual quantities received using a fair allocation method.

10.5 If a Product is permanently cancelled or cannot reasonably be sourced, any payment received will be refunded unless another solution is agreed.

10.6 Special-order Products sourced specifically for a Customer may be subject to additional conditions communicated before purchase.

10.7 Customers should not rely on estimated release dates for time-critical commitments.

10.8 Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 11 – Shipping & Delivery

11.1 Products are dispatched from Greece using the shipping methods offered during checkout.

11.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier performance, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the Business's reasonable control.

11.3 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

11.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect details may be charged where permitted by law.

11.5 If delivery cannot be completed because of failed delivery attempts or failure to collect a parcel, the Business may arrange redelivery subject to any applicable carrier charges.

Article 12 – Inspection Upon Delivery

12.1 Customers should inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.

12.2 Visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier where appropriate and to the Business without undue delay.

12.3 Minor cosmetic imperfections to a manufacturer's outer packaging do not automatically constitute a defect where the Product itself remains unaffected.

12.4 Where the Product Page expressly states that packaging condition forms part of the collectible value, that description shall prevail.

Article 13 – Right of Withdrawal

13.1 Consumers benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer protection legislation.

13.2 Unless a legal exception applies, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product.

13.3 Withdrawal must be communicated through a clear statement before the legal deadline expires.

13.4 Returned Products should be sent back within the period prescribed by law.

13.5 Customers are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the Product.

13.6 Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain fully applicable.

Article 14 – Returns & Refunds

14.1 Return requests are processed fairly and in accordance with applicable legislation.

14.2 Approved refunds are normally issued using the original payment method unless another solution is agreed.

14.3 Refunds include the amounts required by applicable law.

14.4 Returned Products should be packaged appropriately to minimise transport damage.

14.5 Statutory remedies relating to defective or non-conforming Products remain unaffected.

Article 15 – Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

15.1 Customers should notify the Business promptly if a Product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

15.2 The Business may request photographs of the Product and packaging solely to facilitate assessment and any carrier or supplier claim.

15.3 Transport damage, manufacturing defects and dispatch errors will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

15.4 Where appropriate, the Business will offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law.

15.5 Cosmetic imperfections affecting only the manufacturer's outer packaging do not automatically constitute a defect unless the Product Page expressly provides otherwise.

15.6 Nothing in this Article limits mandatory consumer rights.

Article 16 – Product Descriptions & Images

16.1 The Business makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate at the time of publication.

16.2 Product images may originate from manufacturers, authorised distributors or the Business itself. Illustrative or promotional visualisations may also be used where appropriate.

16.3 Minor differences between images and the delivered Product may occur due to manufacturing revisions, production tolerances, display settings or lighting conditions.

16.4 Where a Product Page contains specific information regarding a particular edition, version or packaging condition, that information prevails over general promotional material.

16.5 Minor variations that do not materially affect the Product do not automatically constitute a defect.

Article 17 – Collector Items

17.1 The Store specialises in collectible Products, including limited editions, imported items, discontinued Products and other hobby-related merchandise.

17.2 Where the condition of the manufacturer's packaging contributes to a Product's collectible value, this will be stated on the relevant Product Page whenever reasonably practicable.

17.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, new Products are supplied in the condition received from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.

17.4 Used, vintage, refurbished or previously opened Products will be clearly identified together with an accurate description of their condition.

17.5 Product-specific descriptions always prevail over general assumptions regarding collectible condition.

Article 18 – Manufacturer Information & Third-Party Content

18.1 Technical information may originate from manufacturers, licensors, authorised distributors or other official commercial sources upon which the Business reasonably relies.

18.2 Manufacturers may modify specifications, packaging, artwork, accessories or release schedules without prior notice.

18.3 Trademarks, logos, artwork, character names and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify and market the relevant Products.

18.4 Product Pages may contain official manufacturer images, original Business photography or illustrative promotional renders. Such material is intended to assist Customers and does not alter the official Product specifications.

18.5 Original photographs, editorial material, reviews, buying guides and other original content created by the Business remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

18.6 AI-assisted visualisations or digitally enhanced promotional images may be used provided they do not intentionally misrepresent the Product offered for sale.

18.7 In the event of any inconsistency between general promotional content and the Product Page, the Product Page prevails.

Article 19 – Intellectual Property

19.1 Original photographs, editorial material, buying guides, website graphics, original product descriptions and other original content created by the Business are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

19.2 Trademarks, logos, artwork, character names and other third-party intellectual property displayed in the Store remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify, advertise and sell the relevant Products.

19.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Users or Customers.

Article 20 – Limitation of Liability

20.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

20.2 The Business is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by manufacturers, suppliers, payment providers, carriers, telecommunications services or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

20.3 Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 21 – Force Majeure

21.1 The Business shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

21.2 Such events may include natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, governmental measures, customs delays, transport disruptions or widespread failures affecting suppliers or service providers.

21.3 The Business will make reasonable efforts to inform affected Customers and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

21.4 Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 22 – Privacy & Personal Data

22.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR where applicable.

22.2 Detailed information regarding data processing is contained in the Store's separate Privacy Policy.

22.3 The Privacy Policy forms part of the Store's legal documentation and should be reviewed before using the Store.

Article 23 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

23.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

23.2 Customers are encouraged to contact the Business before commencing legal proceedings so that disputes may be resolved amicably where possible.

23.3 Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable legislation.

23.4 Consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where provided by law.

Article 24 – Amendments to these Terms

24.1 The Business may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or technological developments.

24.2 Updated versions become effective from the published Effective Date and apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

24.3 Accepted Orders remain governed by the version applicable at the time of acceptance unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.

Article 25 – Severability & Final Provisions

25.1 If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

25.2 Failure by the Business to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

25.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any incorporated policies, constitute the complete agreement governing the use of the Store.

25.4 These Terms remain in force until replaced by a newer published version.
